More about the Young Creatives Incubation Program

The program actively involves emerging and newcomer management talents in the work of the beneficiary organizations and their associated artists. It offers on-the-job upskilling for at least 6 months, up to 24 months, with fair payment and a career jumpstart opportunity.

The focus of the program is international performing arts and artist career management, therefore through the activities each program participant will gain skills in: international grant writing, cross-border project and production management, international tour management, financial administrative frames in transnational collaborations. They will be introduced to crucial aspects of cultural management, such as gender balance and diversity aspects, inclusion, green production means, advocacy initiatives.  

The concrete tasks and the lengths of the involvement is aligned with each partner’s profile and the current needs of their associated artists.

Christos Christopoulos

Christos Christopoulos (1990, Athens) works in the production management of cultural events.

He graduated from the Department of Theatre Studies at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and from the International Event & Festival Management postgraduate program at Edinburgh Napier University. His education is complemented by seminars and workshops in cultural management from institutions such as the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Università Bocconi, MoMa, and EventScotland. In 2019, he participated in the Atelier for Young Festival Managers by The Festival Academy, an initiative of the European Festival Association. From 2014 to 2019, he worked as an assistant director to the artist Lena Kitsopoulou, presenting works at the Athens Epidaurus Festival, Onassis Cultural Centre, Art Theatre – Karolos Koun, Dimitria Festival, Onassis Foundation in New York, Public Theater, Théâtre de Vidy, Théâtre St-Gervais, among others. From 2019 to 2020, he was a member of the artistic team of 2023 Eleusis – European Capital of Culture, focusing on contemporary performing arts. During his collaboration with 2023 Eleusis, he coordinated artistic projects with established and emerging artists, as well as the coordination of Synikismos Festival 2019. Since 2021, is the production manager of U(R)TOPIAS Academy of Choreography. In 2023, he took on the production of MIR Festival. From May 2020 until today, he works at TooFarEast as a creative producer, collaborating with artists such as Romeo Castellucci, Patricia Apergi, Julie Desprairies, Mario Banushi, and others.

Lili Stern
Lili Stern

Lili graduated from the University of Theater and Film Arts Budapest with a BA degree in Art Mediation and Theater Pedagogy, then she graduated with a masters degree in Arts Management from SUNY Buffalo in New York State. She was working as community outreach and social media manager in California and New York. She is also actively working as a theater creator, performer, choreographer and dramaturge in the independent contemporary theater and dance field in Europe.

Lili is managing all Next Stage social media platforms, worked on the creation of our website and helping with other production related tasks too, such as grant writing and production management.

Jessica Nakazima

Jéssica Nakazima is a cultural producer currently based in Berlin. With a BA in Arts and Marketing, she has been active in culture, sports, advertising, and major events for over twelve years. Over this time, she refined her project manager, base production, and problem-solving skills. Due to her immigrant background, she has been interested in access, integration, and diversity lately.

Aristidis Kreatsoulas

Aristidis holds a BA in History from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a BA in Classical Piano from the National Conservatory (Athens). He also attends the MA Neogräzistik at the Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2014, he has been working at the front of house of the National Theatre (Greece) and the Athens Epidaurus Festival. Since 2015, he has been part of the Chios Music Festival production team working in co-productions with institutions such as the Berliner Dom State & Cathedral Choir, the Athens Epidaurus Festival and others. He has also worked for institutions and festivals such as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and Animasyros. In 2021 he collaborated with Polyplanity Productions as a production assistant for the international project “Amal – The Walk”. Aristidis has been working at TooFarEast as a Production Assistant.

Due to Next Stage he was upskilled to take on international tours as technical manager with the artists supported by TFE.

Abigél Juhász

Abigél is working as a Project Manager under Next Stage. She is also working with Ladder Art Company and Workshop Foundation as a freelancer. Beyond theater and contemporary dance, Abigél is also involved in projects aimed at fostering media literacy among young people.

Annegret Debitz

Annegret graduated in Media and Cultural Studies. She has been working as a freelancer in the independent performing arts since 2019, prioritising festivals and the children’s and youth sector.

Alongside her Master’s degree, she worked as a production assistant for @tanzmessenrw – thanks to Next Stage.

Tammo Walter

Tammo works freelance as a creative/cultural producer, tour manager and in distribution for contemporary dance and performance as well as festivals. Currently collaborating for several projects by Choy Ka FaiPublic in Private, Ixchel Mendoza and formerly also neon lobster/Florentina Holzinger. He is part of produktionsbande and also works as a photographer.

He studied communication, media and photography in Leipzig, Santiago de Chile and Lyon. 

With a focus on transnational and transdisciplinary projects, he is passionate about travels and the social impact through arts, always looking for ways to connect, improve international mobility and staying curious towards the digital. He is particularly interested in finding ways for fair and equal artistic work and exchange on a global level.

Onca Guadarrama

Onca Guadarrama is a certified physiotherapist and currently studying her Dance B.A. at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen.
Since 2016, she has been freelancing in the cultural and sports scene. 

Through her work for several dance festivals such as Frei Art Festival, Internationale Tanzmesse and Dynamo Festival, she was able to gain an inside of the management field.
As a Young Creative, she will manage the artist residency program SPRUNGBRETT at TANZ NRW Festival 2025

N&H Production
Eszter Lovrity

Lovrity Eszter comes from an arts and design background and works as a project manager in the independent theater scene. She lived and worked in France for four years, which led to her involvement in Ladder Art Company’s participation in the Avignon Off Festival in 2024. At Next Stage, she primarily focuses on managing projects for artist Beatrix Simkó and coordinating the 3rd Hungary Live Festival in 2025, while also being involved in other initiatives within Next Stage.
