Hungary L!ve Festival returns to New York City from
September 3 – 7, 2025, bringing compelling voices from Hungary’s contemporary arts scene to U.S. audiences. This festival, organized by the Hungary Live Foundation for the third time in New York City, serves as a critical meeting point between Central European creators and the global stage. Anchored this year by four innovative theater and dance productions, presented as part of Shares at La MaMa in Manhattan.

The 2025 edition also features a visual art exhibition, performances, film screening, concerts and a workshop across various spaces in Manhattan and Brooklyn .

The festival kicks off with an opening celebration of contemporary Hungarian art at Dobbin Mews and TBSP Studio in Brooklyn on September 3 at 5pm.
